446 Introduction to CO2 Refrigerant Systems Course

This advanced level, eleven-module series is designed for experienced HVACR technicians, or those who have completed an educational program in HVACR. The 446 course focuses upon introducing the HVACR technician to the utilization of CO2 refrigerant in commercial applications. The course is not limited to one manufacturer or type of system. Emphasis is put on real-world operations and troubleshooting scenarios.

Presentation Method:  Mentored, asynchronous, student self-paced (you will have 365 days access to complete the course).  This course is delivered through web-based distance learning online, supplemented with presentations, course resources, and completion of online exams and quizzes.

Recommended Prerequisites: This advanced course is designed for HVACR technicians, facilities managers, and commercial maintenance technicians who have already completed an educational program for HVACR and/or have current industry work experience in the field. This course will build on your existing knowledge of HVACR fundamentals and equipment.  It will introduce you to COrefrigerant applications and systems.
